We here at Cibolo Creek Brewing are equally passionate about not only how our food tastes, but where it comes from as well. Knowing the story behind where a product comes from is key to our philosophy. Our sister company Windy Hill Foods motto is “Texans Feeding Texans” and we like to think we pass that motto on to our CCB kitchen. We buy sustainable Texas raised beef, goat, lamb, quail, pork, chicken eggs, dairy, and produce consistently. Our chicken is antibiotic, hormone free and raised certified humane. If you have any questions as to where a particular ingredient comes from, feel free to ask any of our staff!
