Weiss’ Wit
Flavor/Balance: Brewed with Ireks German Pilsner Malt, this sudi traditional Hefe is made up of over 50% wheat! Expect notes of banana (subtle) and clove from the yeast. A bready pallette from the wheat, and the common haziness from unfiltered wheat beers. The Weiss family was the original owner of the House that CCB is in today!

Creekside IPA (India Pale Ale)
Flavor/Balance: Our hoppiest beer! Bitter, but not over the top with crystal malts balancing out the bitterness Think citrus, stone fruit, and a touch of pine on nose and palate. We’re a stone’s throw from Cibolo Creek, so pull up a seat on the Creekside and enjoy Boerne!

Postman’s Pale Ale
Flavor/Balance: A farmhouse ale brewed to be similar to a French or Belgian saison, but with American hops. Notes of banana and cracked pepper. The hops give a slight orange peel taste. Very dry on the pallet; a great late summer / fall beer for Texas.
Grains: Belgian Pale Ale, Munich 10, Vienna, Flaked Wheat, Special B

48er’s Porter
Flavor/Balance: Brewed in collaboration w/ Dodging Duck Brewhaus, Boerne Brewery and Kinematic Brewing. A traditional Marzen or Oktoberfest. Malty, but with a nice dry lager finish. Notes of chocolate, toffee and roasted nuts. Prost!
Grain: German Munich and Pilsner Malts, Crystal 40, Biscuit, De Bittered Black
Hops: German Tettnang
Yeast: Oktoberfest Lager
